*Rocks & Reiki Full Healing* sessions are a combination of Long Distance Reiki, Guided Meditation and *Personal Energy Balancing*
The Rock Girl will call you on the phone and introduce herself. You will then chat for a few minutes about who you are, how you are feeling, and why you are interested in a healing session. The Rock Girl will ask your permission to connect with you through Reiki Energy. After you accept the energy, she will have you choose a few Rocks from her *Rock Reading* Collection. The Rocks will indicate what is going on with your Physical and Spiritual planes, as well as with your chakra system in its entirety. The Rock Girl will take a few more minutes and discuss this with you, as she strongly believes the client’s understanding and participation is an integral part of one’s Healing and Transformational Process.
After you have established your connection over the phone, she will ask you to lie down in a comfortable position and close your eyes (you may also want to play some peaceful/relaxing music and anoint yourself with your favorite oil). The Rock Girl will take you through a 10 minute guided meditation. After the meditation, she will ask you to hang up the phone. The Rock Girl will begin sending you Reiki Energy, but not in the usual manner of a Long Distance Reiki Healer. She will be channeling the Reiki Energy THROUGH her Master Healing Stones. That energy travels through the ethers and reaches your chakras, meridians and your subtle bodies (also called your Aura) on both your Physical and Spiritual planes.
Utilizing Reiki and the energy of the stones, The Rock Girl will first open, cleanse, activate, balance and energize your chakras. Then she will do the same for your subtle bodies on both your Physical and Spiritual planes. Once your chakras are balanced, your meridians will begin to function and flow freely. As your Physical and Spiritual bodies are balanced, your Emotional and Mental planes will also come into balance. A good practitioner exercises caution and respect and does not just dive in and adjust “everything”. Rather he/she addresses the key points and lets the body (as a collective Physical and Spiritual being) do the rest. Thus the phrase – “let thy body heal thyself”. The Rock Girl’s purpose as a practitioner is to simply bring your energies back into equilibrium so the body can do it’s job!
After your chakras and subtle bodies are functioning properly, The Rock Girl will close the “portals” to the outside world (you have one in each chakra) and also seal your Aura. This is to ensure that you will not have any energy leaks or invite any unwanted energy in through the “back door”. Once this is done, The Rock Girl will thank your energy for allowing her to work with it, and she will gently withdraw her connection to you through the Reiki Energy. If you are still awake, you will be able to feel her doing this. However most folks have drifted off into the ethers and are basking in the pink-gold light of Healing Energy. When you come back into body you will feel cleansed, balanced and energized.
After the initial one hour session, most clients schedule regular sessions every one to 3 months, to stay cleansed and balanced. Think of it as changing the oil in you car every 3000 miles.
